Hey there! I'm Brandon, owner and head strength coach of Crown Performance Training in Morrison Ranch, Gilbert, AZ. As a certified Functional Strength Coach with over a decade of experience, I'm passionate about helping my community achieve their health and wellness goals through a simple, effective approach to resistance training and goal-based nutrition.

  • The best available hands on remote coaching experience. This program is provided to you via my custom branded ABC Trainerize app. You'll receive access to 4 full body workouts every single week, designed to get you stronger, build muscle, and shed body fat. You'll receive personalized coaching direct from me as your coach, and you'll join a community of like minded individuals for encouragement, support, and competition along the way!

  • one on one, in person training options located in the East Valley Area of AZ. 1 hour in length session focused on a proper warm up and specialized full body resistance training sessions; catered to fit your abilities and goals.

  • in person training option with you and another individual, located in the East Valley Area of AZ. 1 hour in length session focused on a proper warm up and specialized full body resistance training sessions; catered to fit your abilities and goals.

  • Pricing Breakdown: Upfront cost of $300 for a 3 month commitment. After those 3 months its $99 a month to continue.

    Personalized nutrition coaching to help you lose body fat and build muscle! This provides you with a very hands on approach of 2-3 message check ins per week, 1 video cal per month, and regular adjustments to be sure were aligning with our goals.

    I’ve had a gym membership for as long as I can remember. I never really had a problem getting to the gym at least a couple of times a week. My problem was that I never had a plan. Without a plan, I would do a couple of workouts and typically cycle through the same moves every few days. This often led to talking myself out of going or not getting much out of my workouts.

    Since joining Brandon and Crown Performance, everything is laid out so clearly, with a plan for every day that I’m there. With the plan, I feel accountable to complete it, and the wide variety of workouts include moves I never would have done at the gym.
